8/14 – 9/14 we will be closed while we move to a new shop.

We will still be holding in home alterations appointments for our Aug and September brides.

– Please note, we have updated our Cancellation Policy due to high no-shows and last minute cancellations:
If you cancel your appointment 2 days prior to your appointment, an $85 cancellation fee will be applied to the card on file, if it is a Trunk Show weekend or special event, the fee increases to $130. If you reschedule missed appointment, half of the fee will be applies to your dress purchase.
Should you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show up, a $150.00 cancellation fee will be applied to the credit card on file. During scheduled trunk shows and special events this cancellation fee increases, and a $225 cancellation fee will be applied to the credit card on file.
– If you arrive 30 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, your card will be charged a no-show fee of $150 or $225 depending on appointment type.

– Masks that fully cover the mouth and nose are required to enter Onyx Bridal if you are not Vaccinated & Boosted. If you do not have a mask, we have some available.

-We have a 4 guest limit, not including the bride. For their safety, we are do not recommend any persons under the age of 15, anyone who is immune-compromised, with underlying conditions Attend your appointment and we would advise them to join the appointment virtually. We would be thrilled to include them via Facetime or Zoom!

-If any of your party is feeling sick they must stay home.

– If you have been to a large event (ie: concert, air travel, cruise, festival, etc.) we do require a mask to be worn regardless of vaccination status.

-We ask that you and your #BrideSquad do not arrive early.

Your VIB Champagne Party includes exclusive after hours access to our salon for a  2-hour appointment with  champagne mimosa bar & sparkling water along with an assortment of appetizers and/or desserts for you and up to ten members of your #BrideSquad for $350!

For a True LA experience, we have our Paparazzi Package, where you will have a personal photographer documenting your “Say Yes” moment and you will receive digital images and a special portrait booklet for $650.
